The data we obtain from public records includes the company name, address, and tax number. We need this data for issuing invoices. In our business practice, we do not collect data from databases for marketing purposes.

We process the personal data of individuals at the request of clients and under contracts concluded with them. The client is responsible for ensuring that the data has been collected lawfully. We obtain all necessary information confirming that the data has indeed been collected lawfully.

We will decide on your request within one month of receiving it. This period may be extended by a maximum of two additional months in cases of complexity or a large number of requests, of which you will be informed.

As an individual, you have the right under applicable legislation to have inaccurate personal data concerning you corrected and, taking into account the purposes of processing, the right to have incomplete personal data completed.

Right to Erasure

  • you object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing;

  • the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of its use instead;
  • we no longer need your personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
  • you have objected to processing based on our legitimate interests pending verification of whether our legitimate grounds override your grounds.

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and the right to transmit those data to another controller.

Retention Period of Personal Data

We retain data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or further processed, or until the expiry of limitation periods for the fulfillment of obligations or legally prescribed retention periods.

As a taxpayer under the law governing value added tax, we are obliged to retain invoices for 10 years after the end of the year to which the invoices relate.

After the retention period expires, the data is deleted, destroyed, blocked, or anonymized unless otherwise required by law for a specific type of data.
