Custom nautical ropes and nets for vessels and marinas

Polyplet Marine – reliable ropes and nets for sailboats, catamarans, motor vessels, boats, marinas, charter companies and other professional users, adapted to the purpose of use and conditions at sea.

ABOUT POLIPLET MARINE

Polyplet Marine is a crafting programnautical ropes and nets, intended for use on vessels and in the marinas where they areloads, humidity, UV radiation and saltconstant factors.
The products are developed forreliable and long-term use in the nautical environment, both for recreational and professional users.

Mooring ropes

Mooring ropes

Ropes for the safe mooring of vessels in marinas, harbors and at piers. Designed for resistance to wear, UV rays and moisture.

Mooring ropes - are made of synthetic materials such as polyester (PES), polyamide (nylon/PA) and polypropylene (PP), which provide resistance to UV rays, water and high strength. Polyester is widely used because of its low elasticity, while nylon offers greater stretch for shock absorption.

Anchor ropes

Anchor ropes

Anchor ropes, adapted to higher loads and dynamic forces during the movement of the vessel, with good shock absorption capacity.

Anchor ropes - are made of durable materials such as 100% polyester or nylon, which provide strength, elasticity and resistance to sea water. Special materials such as aramid (Kevlar) are also used.

Universal nautical ropes

Universal ropes

Multi-purpose ropes for use on vessels - maneuvering, auxiliary tasks and general use on board.

Universal nautical ropes - are made of synthetic materials such as polyester (PES) and polyamide (PA/Nylon), as they provide high strength, resistance to UV rays and water and a long service life.

Floating ropes

Floating ropes

Ropes that stay afloat and are highly visible, suitable for safety purposes, auxiliary ropes and use on the water.

Floating ropes - are made of low-density polypropylene (PP) material that does not absorb water. They are often used in nautical mooring, towing skiers and markings on the water, as they are light, strong and stay afloat.

Catamaran nets

Catamaran nets

Nets for the space between the hulls of catamarans, designed for comfort, stability and weather resistance.

Nets for catamarans are made of 4.5 mm thick nylon, window size 30×30 white in desired dimensions with mooring ropes.

Safety and protective nets

Safety and protective nets

Nets to increase safety on vessels, protect the crew and prevent equipment from falling or being lost overboard.

Protective nets and fences for sailboats are made of nylon, thickness 4.2 mm, window size 48×48, white color, of standard dimensions or custom dimensions with tying string polyester fi 4mm 50m in a set.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

How to choose the right rope for mooring a vessel?

The choice depends on the length and weight of the vessel, the type of mooring and exposure to wind and waves. The appropriate diameter, good resistance to wear and reliable behavior of the rope under constant load are important.

Ropes with good shock-absorbing ability and stable performance under dynamic loads are suitable for anchoring. The material must maintain its properties even after long-term contact with seawater.

In nautical industry, the following are most often used:

polyamide (PA) – good elasticity and shock absorption
polyester (PES) – stability, low stretch, good UV resistance
polypropylene (PP) – light, floats on water, highly visible

The choice of material is always adapted to the purpose of use.

Yes. Ropes and nets can be adjusted according to length, diameter, material, knitting method, color and expected loads, which enables an optimal solution for each vessel.

Nets are used to increase safety, protect crew and equipment, and for functional and living areas on catamarans. They are designed for constant exposure to sea and weather influences.

Lifespan depends on use and maintenance, but quality materials and controlled manufacturing enable long-term and reliable use even in intensive nautical conditions.
